Capping machines

Maquienvas capping machines are designed to place and fix the cap, either by pressure or screw capping, on any type of container.
The choice of the type of capping, as well as the capping system, will be conditioned by the type of product to be filled, the shape and size of the containers, the desired production, the density and conductivity of the liquid. The capping can be carried out by pressure, or screw capping by means of a magnetic head, pneumatic screw capper or pilfer type capper.
Our machines require minimal maintenance, are easy to set up and have easy access to all components.

Our stand-alone rotary cappers are ideal for production requirements between 4,000 and 24,000 containers per hour.

Depending on the product to be filled, the machine can be manufactured with specific materials to work with chemical products or to work in food environments.
