Maquienvas filling machines are specially designed to package all kinds of non-gaseous liquids in various types of containers, including glass and plastic (PET, PVC, etc.), for the chemical, cosmetic, and food industries.

The type of filling machine required for each application is conditioned by factors such as the desired production rate, the type of product to be filled, the shape and size of the containers, and the density and conductivity of the product.

We are specialists in the manufacture of machines for filling highly corrosive products such as bleach, ammonia, hydrochloric acid and other chemical products, but not forgetting the packaging of many other types of food products such as wine, water, honey or vinegar.

Our machines require minimal maintenance and are easy to set up and have easy access to all components.

Types of machines

Manual filler

Our manual filler is specially designed for small-scale productions. This machine streamlines the filling process, but human intervention is still required for placing and removing the containers, as well as sealing the package. It is built with materials specifically chosen to withstand corrosion resulting from the packaging of chemical products. One of its great virtues is its versatility, as it can be used with containers of different sizes and for filling various types of products by making slight changes and adjustments to the machine.

Chemical linear filler

The linear fillers we manufacture are suitable for withstanding the corrosion caused by the chemical products being packaged. This machine can handle a variety of container types, ranging from small bottles to 3,000 ml jugs. The production output varies based on the product density and the number of filling valves installed, depending on the customer’s production needs. The valve typology can be adapted to the type of product, preventing foam generation or issues with different product densities..

Rotary Filler

Similar to the linear fillers, our rotary fillers are specially designed to withstand the corrosion from the chemical products being packaged. They are ideal for productions of up to 24,000 containers per hour. Maquienvas rotary fillers can be equipped with a rotary capping module, transforming them into a filling and capping monoblock system.

Stainless Steel Linear Filler

Our high-quality stainless steel linear fillers are designed specifically for packaging a wide range of non-corrosive products with varying densities, ensuring safety in the filling process. They can accommodate a wide variety of container types, and the production output can be tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer.

Roller Linear Filler

Our roller linear fillers have been specially designed to work with containers of larger volumes. They can be designed for ATEX atmospheres if required. The production capacity depends on the number of valves installed, which can be customized according to the customer’s production needs.
